Sound Insulated Demountable Solid partition System

Sound Insulated Demountable Solid partition System using 18mm thk. 2 No's Full height Melamine finish panels on both sides including Rockwool insulation complete within Anodized Aluminum Profiles and Galvanized steel structure. Upper and lower profiles ALUMINIUM natural anodized finish or painted; 100 mm wide aluminium profile where it is installed a galvanized steel structure composed by vertical post and transoms including a levelling system allowing a vertical adjustment of +/- 20mm at the floor and ceiling.

Both vertical and horizontal structures are provided with soft and hard double extruded PVC gasket. Opposite panels are hanged to the structure by steel brakcets ; Panels are in melamine chipboard 18 mm thickness w/ PVC thermoplastic rounded off edging.

The rough original wall is decorated with modular structure system and board, and there are two processes: pre-roll coating and PVC coating. Various intelligent systems are also added to increase the functions of the wall (such as sound absorption, soundproof, fire protection, anti-collision, hidden functions, etc.).

Main features of melamine chipboard panels:

• Thickness: 12-18 mm.

• Average density: 620 Kg./cubic meter

• Humidity: 6/8%

• Flexing resistance for the 18 mm.: in according with EN 310

• Perpendicular traction resistance for the 18 mm. In according wih EN 319

• Formaldehyde emission: Class E1 in according to the UNI EN 13986.

• According to the UNI EN 717-2 (≤ 3.5 mg HCHO/m²h) low or no emission.

• According to EN ISO 11925-1, EN 13238, EN 13823 is classified, according to the EN 13501-1:2009, as follow Standard D-s1, d0

Acoustic rating 39dB to 48 dB.
